Qué bien de haber hecho el check-out

Comida(en la cena nos pusieron unas hamburguesas congeladas, con hielo dentro del pan y las pizzas el tomate era ketchup), no hay spa y sí lo indican, el gimnasio sin toallas y sin agua, no nos permitieron dos llaves por habitacion por lo que tenía que acompañarme la de recepción al ascensor.

L’hôtel est neuf, le personnel est aux petits soins et le standing est très bien !

Le genre d’hôtel qui ne fait pas très intimiste et pas très chaleureux.

Very Good

NEW Hotel, clean, modern facilities.

The staff need to get more training. I asked the reception to arrange a transport for me to go to the airport & she said it alredy full booked. And she said that she will check with other provider and let me know. So I asked her to ring my room to update me but NO update at all. I ended up arrange the alternative transport by myself. The location is not walking distance to any restaurants.

„Edles Hotel mit Potential zur Service-Besserung

Sehr schöne Zimmer, das Personal höflich, die Lage ganz nett, man hatte es nicht weit mit dem Roller zu verschiedenen Attraktionen zu kommen.

Das Badezimmer war voller Haare bei Ankunft und musste nochmal gereinigt werden. Trotz Nicht-Stören-Zeichen an der Tür kam ein Anruf von der Rezeption, dass wir ja ein Nicht-Stören draußen hätten, wann sie denn jetzt rein könnten, was am Sinn der Sache vorbei geht. Keinerlei Hilfestellung bei Mietwagen, Rollervermietung oder Shuttleservice. Bedenklich gefährlicher Pool-Rand, wo man in eine Spalte tappen kann (ein Freund hat sich hier stark verletzt).

Nice room, pool, lounge and gym (though too hot) Nice hotel overall.

English language is below average and the staff is very friendly but can not make any decisions in solving problems or even questions and there is no manager available to help Many many things on the menu are not available Procedures win in this hotel over hospitality

Good place to stay when in Tambolaka!

Nice brand new hotel near Tambolaka (airport only 10 min by car). Like the interior design. Staff is nice, thoughtful, interested. Manager was very helpful when in need of a doctor and could speak English very well. There is an option to book a massage as well, it was very good and reasonably priced (booked in advance via Whatsapp, they answer quickly by the way). They have a cafe and restaurant and the swimming pool is just huge. Would stay here again when in Tambolaka!

Keep doors to the outside closed in the cafe area (because of temperature and insects). Train staff to ask for help (of manager or other colleague) if they dont know the answer or dont know what to do. Taste of pizza in cafe was not so good.

A great place to recharge your batteries. Note that there is nothing to do outside the hotel.

It was very good! a great way to end your trip to the wild nature in Sumba. Facilities, staff, food, everything was fine!

Nothing - we were not planning to do anything than relaxing and heading off to the airport. Don't go if you expect any adventures next to the hotel.

Great stay in a new hotel with great staff

This hotel is brand new and there is really nothing to complain about the facilities. Also the staff was more then friendly and helpful. They also get my compliments in this review.

There is as really nothing we can complain about. And we consider it a pity it was so quiet. We encourage everyone to come to Sumba to meet the friendly people and visit interesting sites. And if you do, Sima Sumba Hotel provides you great comfort in Tambolaka
